Here at Narmi, we’re looking forward to 2026. But we’re just as excited to look back on an outstanding 2025 – from launching industry-first AI innovation to reaching out to the digital banking community through events year-round, this year was a transformative one.
In 2025, Narmi was proud to establish itself at the forefront of innovation in digital banking, helping Grasshopper Bank become the first U.S. bank to launch an MCP server for AI-driven insights. By allowing users to connect their digital banking data to leading AI platforms like ChatGPT and Claude, financial institutions will now be able to take the next step into conversational banking, and have a presence on the channels that consumers are increasingly relying on.
We did this while maintaining the dedication to attention and detail that Narmi has become known for, and tailoring our platform with the most Narmi Functions customizations in a year so far – thanks to our growing Forward Deployed Engineering team.
Narmi was created to help community banks and credit unions, and we carried their ethos of community action and outreach in personal and in-person events throughout 2025. We returned to La Jolla, San Diego for our largest annual Innovators Retreat yet, and held two virtual summits: Digital Account Opening Summit and Virtual Innovators Retreat.

In 2025, we continued our dedication to our one-platform vision, Narmi One, an all-encompassing, consolidated platform made to help community financial institutions win against megabanks and fintechs.
We rolled out the latest addition to the platform this year: Narmi Lend, a lending solution built to help community financial institutions turn their digital banking presence into a supercharged demand generation engine, seamlessly increasing loan pipeline and strengthening your relationships with customers and members.
As we close out 2025, we’re incredibly proud of the milestones we’ve achieved alongside our partners. From pioneering AI integrations to expanding our platform with Narmi Lend, this year has been defined by a shared commitment to innovation, integration, and service to the financial institution community.
