How Narmi Went Live With Three Financial Institutions in One Week

The Narmi Implementations team just wrapped up an absolute masterclass in speed, agility, and true partnership. In a single week, we helped three incredible financial institutions modernize their digital experiences.

Here is how it all went down:

PECU

We kicked off the week in Austin, Texas, with PECU going live on Consumer Grow in just 57 days. Built on a foundation of serving state, county, and school employees, PECU operates with deep integrity and community trust, and we wanted to match that dedication with lightning-fast execution to meet their goals.

As their CEO Marc put it, “Thank you Narmi for keeping the train rolling down the track and for the extra effort that has been put in to keep the project advancing.” We are already channeling that momentum into their upcoming Staff-Led Consumer Grow implementation.

First Responders Credit Union 

Next up, we headed north to support First Responders Credit Union, an institution rooted in legacy, stability, and family for the brave first responders serving communities across Massachusetts and their family members. In another incredible sprint, we took them from kickoff to production sign-off in 67 days. Their team is officially live and thrilled with their frictionless new Narmi Grow account opening flow, and we’re already gearing up for their next phase: Staff-Led Consumer Grow.

North Brookfield Savings Bank

Finally, over in Central and Western Massachusetts, North Brookfield Savings Bank (NBSB) officially brought their new Consumer Account Opening platform to life. North Brookfield Savings Bank, a local community bank part of the fabric of their communities since 1854, understands the unique needs of their neighbors and is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of their customers and community members. We were right alongside NBSB, determined to give their community the digital experience they deserve. In 77 days, NBSB traded legacy, manual processes for a beautifully streamlined onboarding flow. With Phase 1 officially live on their website, we are jumping straight into Phase 2: Business Grow. 

Whether the goal is a lightning-fast launch to level up deposits or successfully navigating an intricate data migration, this week proved that when powerful technology meets dedicated service and outcomes-obsessed delivery, community institutions win.
